I have failed everyone, I have failed myself. I want to get back on track, I need to get back on track. Every time I gain a pound or even feel like I'm gaining I want to cut. So I'm gonna try to stop and I'm gonna do what I do best. Work out & lose weight. And this time I won't let anyone stop me, including myself.

I LOVE how none of these bodies look like the eating disorder pictures we’re all so used to seeing. It just shows that disordered eating is a serious mental illness. Too many times I’ve read people’s posts about how they feel they aren’t taken seriously because they don’t appear physically ill (underweight etc.), and it’s unfair.
